Denef Huvaj, of
Caucasus origin, went to Russia to study medicine on scholarship, but quit and
instead graduated as a Systems Engineer. She also studied fine arts and economy
during that period but returned to Turkey before completing her studies. She
mastered the techniques over time, and stepped into the world of photography.
The artist who believes in freedom in photography and not restricting the imagination, argues that the ability to express an idea in the best manner builds over time and improves by the day. She continues to shoot photographs, and also works as art director for Iz Magazine.
